How a project unfolds

1

Discovery call

We start with a focused 30-minute conversation to understand your audience, objectives and distribution channels. This shapes every decision that follows, from crew size to aspect ratio. We also discuss budget parameters openly so there are no surprises down the line.

2

Creative brief and treatment

Our creative team drafts a written treatment that includes mood boards, reference clips and a scene-by-scene outline. You review and refine before a single camera leaves its case. This stage typically takes five to seven working days, depending on project complexity.

3

Pre-production logistics

Location scouting, talent casting, permit acquisition and equipment selection happen in parallel. We build a detailed shoot schedule and share it with all stakeholders so everyone arrives prepared on the day.

4

Production days

Our crew operates with minimal footprint and maximum efficiency. Whether it is a single-camera interview or a multi-unit commercial shoot, we keep communication tight and capture ratios lean to protect your budget.

5

Edit, grade and deliver

Rough cuts land in your inbox within a week. After two rounds of feedback, we lock picture, finish the colour grade, mix audio and export in every format you need — social cuts, broadcast masters, web-optimised files and archival ProRes.

Frequently asked questions

Most projects wrap within three to six weeks from the discovery call to final delivery. Shorter pieces like social media adverts can be turned around in ten working days, while documentary-style content may require eight weeks or more depending on the number of interview subjects and locations involved.

Day rates vary by crew size and equipment package. A lean two-person crew with a cinema camera and basic lighting starts from around £1,200 per day, while a full unit with director, DOP, gaffer, sound recordist and grip can range from £3,500 to £6,000. We always provide an itemised quote before you commit.

Yes. Our in-house copywriter develops scripts tailored to your brand voice, and we maintain a roster of professional voiceover artists covering a range of accents and tones. We can also source multilingual narration for international campaigns.

Absolutely. While our studio and core team are based in England, we regularly travel across the United Kingdom and Europe. For further afield, we partner with trusted local fixers to manage logistics, permits and equipment hire.

We deliver H.264 MP4 for web, ProRes 422 HQ for broadcast and archival, plus platform-specific exports for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Subtitled versions and animated thumbnail stills are included at no extra charge.
